She rejected you the second time because like she said she doesn't want to be the rebound girl. YOu need to show her how much you really like her & that you are really done with your other girl. She probably doesn't want to get hurt if she falls hard for you & you leave her for your ex again. Make her feel safe, conferable, & that you really care about her!!!
