What is a nice, fair priced bottle of Red Wine?

I'm not much of a drinker, however, I find myself fancying a glass of Red Wine. Strange eh!? Anyway, what would you recommend? As I'm not actually a drinker and chances are I won't finish the bottle I don't really wish to spend much so there is a �10.00ish maximum!
