Why is NATO refusing to end the conflict now that Gadhafi is essentially trying to surrender?

You know I really admire the Empire, such power and order. The trouble is when we have some fracked up leaders that want to use our tax dollars for their own purposes. Then you get the old double standard when it is ok to kill 80,000 Iraqi citizens to try and kill one man. Same crap different day I say.
